Furth Museum Collections Consulting
I can provide recommendations, advice, assessments, and reports for any aspect of museum collections and best practices (e.g., collections management policies and procedures, personnel structure, etc.) with an emphasis on natural history museums. I can advise and/or participate in the moving of collections, including the preparation necessary to move, as well as the planning for collection moves. I can also provide onsite instruction for broad-spectrum collections management or about specific aspects. [see the Consulting Services tab on this site]. In addition, I can participate in biological surveys as an entomologist, including identification of Flea Beetles (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae: Alticinae/Alticini).
